Vice Dean
Oversees operations for the Office of Organizational Development and Innovation. Leads cross-functional collaboration for the college for engaged learning, opportunity and engagement, emergency management, and innovation. She is the main point of contact for strategic planning, leadership development and succession planning, the innovation fund, the corporate partner program, and strategic direction for organizational development and innovation programs.

Program Manager
Manages events for the area to include Innovation Tours, Experience Expo, and Career Tracks. She is responsible for training and development workshops and content development for the AI & Innovation newsletter. She advises student employees and serves on cross-functional teams.
 
                                    			
                                    	Sarah Davis
Administrative Assistant
Coordinates the administrative processes for the area to include processing student innovation tour scholarships, financial paperwork, and meeting management. She coordinates the wellness and engagement activities for the College of HRSM and serves on the emergency management team.
