Biography

Alyssa Blickensderfer Paley is a Program Manager for USC Brain Health. Paley manages day-to-day business operations, the ongoing Brain Health Center construction project and the research database.

Paley graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Science and a minor degree in Neuroscience. Paley completed her Master of Health Administration at the University of South Carolina and earned Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement. While completing her MHA, Paley participated in South Carolina Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disorders (LEAD) training and received a certificate of completion. 

Paley has experience working in both hospital systems and physician practice networks. Before joining USC Brain Health, Paley worked as an Operations Manager at MUSC Health Midlands. There she led performance data reviews for a division of three inpatient facilities and more than 40 departments, and developed monthly reports that were presented to system leadership for review.

Paley enjoys reading, finding new restaurants, spending time with her husband and two dogs, and going to the beach.
