Group Reservations

Our 52-foot climbing wall, the largest in the state, is now open for group reservations! Whether you’re a seasoned climber or a complete beginner, this is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, connect with peers, and create lasting memories. With expert staff on hand to ensure safety and guide your experience, you’ll discover just how far you can go.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on 2-hour time blocks and varies depending on group size and required staff.

Standard Rates:

10 or fewer $90
11–20 $120
21–30 $150

Extended Hour Rates:
If your group would like to extend your reservation, additional hours are available at the following rates:

  • 10 or fewer climbers: $135
  • 11–20 climbers: $180
  • 21–30 climbers: $225

Reservation Times:

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Additional hour reservations extend until 10:00 PM

Make a Reservation

Planning your group’s climbing adventure is quick and easy! Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Fill Out Our Intake Form
    Complete our Group Reservation Intake Form to provide details about your group size, preferred date, and any specific needs.
  2. Hear from Us
    Once we receive your form, our team will reach out to confirm details, discuss logistics, and finalize your reservation.
  3. Climb Together
    Get ready to scale new heights with your group during a safe, fun, and memorable climbing experience!

Group Size 

We offer group climbing wall reservations for up to 30 climbers. The total number of climbers is based on our staffing capacity and ensures a safe and efficient experience for everyone.

For each reservation, we provide at least three trained climbing wall staff to assist your group.

Group Reservation Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to host your group and ensure a fun, safe climbing experience. Please review our cancellation and payment policy below:

Cancellation Notice:

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are subject to the following terms:
    • More than 7 days: Full refund.
    • Within 7 days: No refund.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment is required at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • Reservations without timely payment may be canceled and offered to other groups.

Rescheduling:

  • We will accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
  • Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the event will be treated as cancellations, and no refund will be issued.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
In case of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes or flooding), we will work with your group to reschedule or issue a full refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

No-Show Policy:

  • Groups that fail to attend their reservation will be charged the full reservation cost, with no refund provided.
