Certificate Programs

This certificate program is transitioning to end on December 31, 2025. To meet the demand for those currently in-progress to complete the certificate program, OPD has revised the delivery method of certain Managing High Performing Teams courses—some courses are delivered as live webinars, others are on-demand learning resource tools such as course-specific guides and microlearning videos.

  •  This certificate program is optional and consists of a mix of live webinars and on-demand learning resource tools (12 total course credits) to improve the effectiveness of university project teams, intact work teams, leadership teams, committees, and task forces. Course credits may be completed in any order.
    • To earn course credit for engaging with course-specific learning resources, employees must register to receive access. Course credit will be updated at the end of every month to reflect engagement on employee training accounts.
    • Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late, leaving early, or during live webinars will not receive credit for attending. Participation is expected and a working microphone is required or the ability to call in for live webinars.

  • This certificate program is optional and delivered via live webinars (7 total course credits) and explores the “soft skills” individuals need, methods of advocacy and inquiry, and the obstacles that must be overcome for us to communicate with one another successfully. Courses may be completed in any order.
