This incident is being investigated by Columbia Police Department. The suspect is a black male wearing a tan one piece jump suit, black rubber boots, and a camouflage jacket. He was last seen on foot moving southbound towards Gervais St. Members of the Carolina Community with information are encouraged to contact the USC Police Department at 803-777-4215.
