Kindly note: Marketing requests are limited to the Student Affairs and Academic Support departments. 

 

Here's how our team partners with you to plan, create and deliver meaningful communications.

Please note: Turnaround time may vary based on the nature of the project and whether all required elements are submitted to Marketing promptly. *Please allow 14 days for printing. 

 

Approval Process: 

All marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to brochures and campaigns, must be reviewed and approved by the Communications and Marketing team before dissemination. Approval ensures consistency with institutional branding gudielines. 

  • Submit a Request

    Step One: Request Submitted

    Client submits a SAAS Marketing Request through the ticket system 
    sa.sc.edu/saastix.

  • Review Icon

    Step Two: Project Review

    SAAS Marketing reviews the request to determine scope, timeline, and resources. Additional consultation may occur to clarify project needs and goals.

  • Approval Icon

    Step Three: Approval Stage

    Drafts are sent to the client for input and design approval. Once approved, the final design is reviewed by SAAS Marketing for brand compliance and final sign-off.

  • Delivery Icon

    Step Four: Final Delivery

    After approval, Print-ready files are uploaded to the ticket system for official use. If vendor production is required, the Project Manager will contact you to coordinate delivery.
