2025 Conference 

When: Thursday, July 24th and Friday, July 25th
Where: University Conference Center, Close-Hipp Building (1705 College Street)

The second annual Aspire & Advance conference is the divisions way of kicking off the new academic year! The conference offers something for everyone, and all division staff members are encouraged to attend. With the exception of the opening and closing keynote addresses, many of the same concurrent sessions will be offered on both Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th to allow staff to attend either or both days, whatever is most convenient for their schedule. If staff choose to attend both days of the conference, they're encouraged to attend different concurrent sessions on the 2nd day.

Registration has closed for the conference. 

The conference planning committee is once again partnering with the Gamecock CommUnity Shop to collect donations throughout the conference. The most needed items include rice and canned meats. Can't bring a physical item to donate? You can purchase an item off their Amazon Wish List here. If you donate a physical item and/or show proof of purchasing an item off their Amazon Wish List, you can receive one extra raffle ticket on the day you make a donation.

Green Certified Event

We are excited to share that the conference will once again be a Green Certified event! In an effort to reduce single-use plastic, we ask that you plan to bring your own water bottle to refill throughout the conference. Also, if you already have a reusable silverware kit, please bring that for your meals but do know silverware will still be available onsite. There will also be volunteers around the venue to help direct you on what should be considered compost, recycle, or trash.
