Daniel Brown is a management consultant with extensive experience in executive IT leadership and digital transformation in both the private and public sector. He previously served as a streamline critical pay executive at the IRS, as the senior technical advisor to the ACIO of application development, vice president of digital transformation at Empower AI, and senior director of IT at the USC College of Pharmacy.

Teaching

Brown emphasizes adaptability, engagement and connection in online learning. He actively integrates his professional experience in informatics, healthcare, cybersecurity and project management to provide practical context and industry-relevant skills. By using authentic scenarios and applied examples, he helps students bridge theory and practice.
