Keyara Kaiser, a native of Los Angeles, joined the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management as a program coordinator for the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management in July 2024. Kaiser is an accomplished executive search professional with over a decade of experience in recruitment, office management and hospitality. She has built a strong career supporting and coordinating executive-level talent acquisition across various industries. Most recently, she served as a senior executive search coordinator at Major, Lindsey & Africa, where she provided high-level assistance to partner recruiters and managed complex scheduling and confidential client deliverables.

Throughout her career, Kaiser has demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership skills, particularly in managing executive calendars, coordinating candidate travel and overseeing office operations. Her role at Agricole Hospitality in Houston saw her excel as an executive office manager, where she handled daily operations, financial reporting and staff training for a restaurant property with over 100 employees. Kaiser's ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates has been a key factor in her success in the recruitment industry.

In addition to her hands-on experience in executive search and office management, Kaiser has also contributed to the academic field as a guest lecturer at the University of South Carolina. Her lectures focused on LinkedIn, social media and career development strategies for students in hospitality and tourism programs.
